Cancellation & Refund Policy


All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Under what conditions can I return / replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product delivered - Product physically damaged or tampered product or packaging.
  • Faulty product delivered - Product with a Manufacturing defect affecting the usability of the product.
  • Expired product delivered.
  • Incomplete order – missing items.
  • Returns and Replacement will only be accepted for fulfilment errors as stated above.

Under what conditions return / replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened or used or altered products.
  • Original packaging (Mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our return policy.
  • The return / replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged / missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.


If case of FULFILLMENT error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded to you in 15 working days. 

Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by DONATO. Please feel free to reach us through our Contact us page if you may have any further questions.

Cancellations, once product is shipped will not be accepted. For cancellation prior to shipment, please contact our customer service at +91 86570 11393 or fill the Contact us form.
